All sensitive fields are protected by an extra layer, ensuring that only specifically trusted personnel can access them. There is also audit logging on everything, so you always know who has looked at what. Data is stored in Europe or Denmark, depending on the model you choose.
Extract Lists as Excel
Option to pull lists of members, payments, and more into Excel or CSV format from almost any part of membrum. We ensure that you have the flexibility you need, even as we adhere to our headless approach.
Headless
Membrum is headless, allowing you to communicate with your membership system exactly as you wish. We currently offer OpenAPI REST endpoints, and soon we will also introduce GraphQL endpoints. This means you have full control and flexibility to customize communication according to your preferences.

It takes just a moment to create and approve a membership—less than a minute! The annual fee can be invoiced almost simultaneously. Retrieving a list of members can be done in just 30 seconds, and sending a message to all members in a group can also be done in about 1 minute. The time saved using our platform is invaluable!

Multiple Membership Groups
An association rarely stands alone, so you have the option to create multiple membership groups. All members in these groups can have different payment agreements, so, for example, supporting members pay 100, while regular members pay 200 DKK.
GDPR Compliant
GDPR may be boring, but it is extremely important, especially for an association with members who rely on their data being stored correctly. Membrum is built around GDPR principles, so your members can trust that their data is in safe hands with your association.
We have data locations both in Europe and Denmark to ensure that your members' data is processed with the highest level of security and compliance with applicable regulations. At Membrum, we do not compromise on data security and confidentiality.

Data is stored in Europe
All data is stored in Europe and is not transferred to countries outside of Europe. We also have the option to set up your agreement on a Danish data center, so your association exclusively has data in Denmark.
Sensitive Fields
Fields containing sensitive information are unreadable unless one has permission to view them. This can include personal identification numbers (CPR numbers) or other sensitive data.
Audit logging
A log is maintained for all actions, such as viewing a member's data, sent messages, and so on.
Backup
We prioritize the security of your data. Therefore, we take multiple backups throughout the day and store them in regions outside of our data center. For additional security, we also perform regular offsite backups to protect against potential cyberattacks.
